Centrifuge is the key equipment in treatment of harmful superfine solidoid in drilling liquid. It can separate and recycle the solidoid with the particle of bigger than 5µm and recover the density of drilling liquid so as to increase drilling speed. It is ideal drilling liquid purification equipment for drilling a deep well and a horizontal well. This equipment is mainly used to control density, viscosity of drilling liquid, minimize solidoid content in drilling liquid, clear away harmful solidoid and recover barite, and provide secondary recovery to swirler bottom in order to assure of excellent performance of drilling liquid and increase drilling speed.

Decanter Centrifuge

The decanter centrifuge performs continuous solid–liquid separation through high-speed centrifugal sedimentation. Solids are pushed by the screw to the conical drying zone and discharged, while the clarified liquid flows out through the overflow outlet, ensuring stable and efficient continuous separation.

The decanter centrifuge uses centrifugal sedimentation to continuously separate solids and liquids. The solid phase is automatically discharged by the screw conveyor.
This continuous and highly efficient design ensures stable operation and effective solid–liquid separation.

Mud Cleaner

Mud cleaner is the second or third stage separation equipment of drilling liquid, which will handle the solids particle after being treated by the first grade separation equipment. The mud will be recovered and cuttings which are bigger than mud will be removed. Then the drilling cuttings in the underflow will flow into circulation tanks through the screens when the weighted mud passes while the particles that are bigger than mesh will be removed.
